The training enables them to actively solve any disputes that may arise in the workplace.
The inability to solve conflicts in organizations may lead to violence which affects productivity if prolonged. Most conflicts arise due to diversity and people holding different opinions. The differences arise due to gender issues, cultural backgrounds, religion and politics. Conflict can be easily avoided or solved effectively and on time.
